Easy Cauliflower Crust Pizza

This was my first cauliflower crust pizza, and boy was it amazing! My husband is a picky eater and he absolutely loved this recipe! Give it a try, you’ll be happy you did!

    I love keeping up with your progress. I am always so glad when Sunday comes so I can check on your progress. You are doing & looking amazing!
    I am 63 & have been doing Ketogenic since mid-May. I am losing very slowly, but am enjoying eating this way. I was doing Trim Healthy Mama & lost almost 50 lbs with that. I have only lost 6-8 lbs since May 14 and have approx 50 lbs to go. At my age it can be much slower, but my body is probably still adjusting to this lifestyle.
    I love your web site & wish you all the best. I look forward to trying your recipes, as I have not done so yet.

    Are you working out also? Or only changing what you eat? My family as a whole is trying to make better lifestyle choices and I can’t wait to try the recipes I’ve seen so far

      I’m a lot more active, but I don’t go to the gym or workout. I like to go for walks, and of course I chase my three year old around all day! : )

    Suzanne, do you mind me asking how many grams of each you started at? Protein, Carbs and Fat? And do you adjust when you loose weight?
