    Hi Suzanne. Your story has inspired me more than you know. I weigh 275, and need to change My life. I’m at my all time low. I’m going to try the Keto Diet. Please keep sending encouragement..it’s much needed. Any tips on getting started??

    Hi Suzanne – Great work keep up the great work!
    have you found any good low carb tortillas. I could really use a tortilla in a number of recipes. The almond flour home-made stuff is just not working for me. Can’t eat it.

      If you want to be gluten free then your options are limited…you can try things like cloud bread. If you aren’t gluten free then Misson makes a carb balance wrap that is high in fiber.

    Hi Suzanne-

    I have downloaded your Simply Keto book to my kindle, and after years of yo -yo weight loss I feel this could be a realistic lifestyle for me as well. Thank you for seeing your journey thru so that you could give many of us the hope to not give up. My problem was appetite and sugar as well, but I can genuinely say after 3 days on the plan ( not diet), my hunger is suppressed more and sugar craving have dropped a lot!
    I’m 46 and have always worked out, but NEVER had control of what I ate so thank you thank you thank you!

    I am at a low point in my life. I’ve gotten older, 58, and find everything I eat, and drink, goes right to my mid section. I’ve become so down and depressed. I’m going to look at your getting started and ‘get started’! Thank you for the inspiration!!
