Keto Week 29 Update

Back to basics this week! After six months of eating keto it was time for me to re-focus and stay closer to whole foods! Hope you all have a great week!

    Hi Suzanne. I am glad to see you still going strong. I lost 6 pounds last week. I know it is alot to loose in one week. Were your numbers similar in the beginning? I am expecting it to slow down but it feels like a good start. Loving the diet. Thank you for the continued advice.

      Congrats! Yes, in the beginning you will lose weight faster and it will slow down but It’s still a pretty reasonable pace! Just keep with it and the results will follow!

    Suzanne, it’s taken me 2 months of research and reading before I started my Keto journey this past Saturday (8/1/15). I haven’t invested in a keto meter to measure my ketones because I’m not sure if I want to constantly prick my finger. How do you measure your blood ketones? Finger prick or breath analyzer?

      I would personally check my blood but I haven’t checked my levels. I just keep my carbs below 20g and stay on top of my macros.
