    I hate to bother you, but I have a question. I’ve been doing this since April 4th. I have only lost 5 lbs. Is this normal? How fast did you start losing in the beginning? How much should I have lost in 4 weeks on average?

      Hey there. Everyone is different so try not to compare your weight loss to others. I know thats easier said than done but I recommend not worrying about the scale and instead focus on eating well and noticing how your clothes fit and how you feel!
