That is super exciting! I plan to share this! 🙂 am curious to know what your numbers looked like pre keto diet. I already have high cholesterol and both my parents have had heart attacks.

This is GREAT news, Suzanne. SO happy for you!! It would be really cool to see what your before keto bloodwork looked like too. I’m going to the doctor for an annual visit with bloodwork in a few weeks and I’m SO curious to see the comparison of my bloodwork after 2.5 months of keto (from when I went about 2 years ago)! You are such an inspiration to me!! Thanks so much for posting your amazing results!!!
    🙂

Thank you so much for sharing your cholesterol results! I started Keto on Sept. 1st and I feel amazing. My skin has completely cleared up, I have more energy and I feel my overall health is better. However, heart disease and high cholesterol are big concerns for me so your post has given me so much encouragement! I have 50 pounds of weight loss to go but I can tell you my confidence has already increased so much! It’s not about the scale it’s about living life and enjoying yourself. I’m finally living again ❤️

These numbers are great – I work for a physician and she only looks at the “ratio” number and is thrilled if anyone is <4 and yours is 2.9!
