Keto Lamb Chops: Rosemary Dijon Roasted Lamb Chops

Print recipe

Lamp chops are such a delicate and decadent meat, and often times people are afraid to try to cook them. Not to worry, though. With just 5 minutes of prep time and minimal cooking time, you’ll have these flavorful and delicious keto lamb chops ready in no time.

Believe it or not, these succulent lamb chops only require only 5 ingredients and are so easy to make. The key to making this a quick dinner for any night of the week is to marinate the meat in advance so it’s ready when you are.

Whisk together all of the ingredients (except lamb chops) in a bowl. Place the lamb chops in a large zip-top bag or other airtight container. Next, coat the chops with Dijon mixture on both sides. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but up to 24 hours.

When you are ready to cook them, position an oven rack to the highest position in the oven and line a broiler pan with aluminum foil. Remove the marinated lamb chops from the bag, and place on the broiler pan. Set the broiler to high and place the pan in the oven.

Cook the keto lamb chops for 8 minutes, until brown, and then flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes depending on the doneness you like your meat. (3 minutes for medium rare, 4 minutes for medium, and 5 minutes for well done.)

Serve with a side of your favorite keto veggies or a green salad. You can keep any leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Hi There! They should cook in about the same time, 3-4 minutes per side.
