Thank you for sharing your journey with everyone. I have been struggling to start Keto (afraid I will fail yet again). I know I have to do something but I am so trapped in my bad habits.

I have a question for you. Do you plan to do Keto until you get to a certain weight or BMI? I think BMI’s seen so unattainable for me and you for example are looking FABULOUS at this point! I can’t imagine you down another 20 some pounds – you would be a stick. :). What are your thoughts?

Thank you Wendy. I will always be low carb, because I know if I go back to my old habits I will regain the weight, plus I feel a whole lot better without all of the sugar! I still have some weight to lose to be in a healthy body weight, but thank you…you’re so sweet!

Your attitude is so refreshing. I just love that you’re at a point in your journey where holidays don’t stress you out in terms of eating. To have that confidence is wonderful.

I’m your height and 230 pounds. So much of it is in my tummy and face/neck area. I started Keto yesterday so I expect this week to be rough. I used to think I had to be 140 pounds to be happy, but I think your goal is much more sustainable. If I could be a size 14 and out of plus sizes, I’d be so thrilled.

Have you had to deal with saggy skin since your big loss?

Thank you! I do have some excess skin, mostly in my lower stomach, and upper thighs, but I’m so much happier that I’m not worried about it for now. I want to give my body some time to see how it adjusts and then go from there.
