You’ll have this easy side ready in just 20 minutes with minimal work. You’ll need 2 bunches of radishes or about 24 radishes. Make sure to remove the green tops and cut them in half or fourths, depending on how big they are.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium/high heat.
Once hot, add radishes and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. You want to make sure to let all sides of the radishes brown, so do not stir too often.
Toss in the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until onions are translucent and radishes are soft.
Notes
This recipe yields about 2.5 cups of food, depending on the size of your radishes, and serves 5. The serving size is about 1/2 cup.
