Ingredients
3cchicken breastcooked and cubed
3/4cmayonnaise
1tbsplemon juice
3tspcurry powder
1tspturmeric powder
1/2tspgarlic powder
2stalksgreen onionchopped
1stalkcelerychopped
1tbspcilantro and/or parsleychopped
1/2cslivered almondstoasted
salt/pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, garlic powder, and turmeric.
Add cubed chicken, green onion, celery, cilantro and toasted almonds. Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors meld.
