A few days ago I had been watching keto videos all day. While watching the video prior to finding yours I was pretty discouraged. It was this person, thats actually quite popular in the keto community,
This individual is in amazing shape and will tell you that through the entire video. They are high energy and all over the place -very easily gets distracted, etc. They offer keto eating plans.
I clicked on “the links below” Indeed keto eating plans were available…for $30. This vid was the last straw for me that day. I saw your 1yr keto video and that changed everything. Im excited to start. Im getting prepared. So glad I watched.
Can I just tell you how simply amazing the cauliflower twice baked casserole is? As I’m sitting here eating it with my scrambled eggs for breakfast, my mind is going a hundred miles a minute about all the different ways you can change it up for variety! My family is gonna love this, thank you!!
Hi I just started doing Keto and I just love all the info I’ve been able to get from your website and your recommendations. What are some of your favorite in between meal snacks? I love apples with nut butters but that’s doesn’t seem to be a good option on Keto:( I’d love to hear a few of your ideas.

Did you start off exercising when you started doing keto? I have been eating low carb, 50 total carbs per day, and I work out 30 min each day. I still feel hungry!! Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Suzanne, I know you have added exercise but I just want to suggest something to you. Dancing – partner dancing – has been the MOST fun i’ve had without noticing I’m exercising at all! Perhaps you and your partner could give it a try or you could just drop into a class? Any style you like, but I did swing dancing. So much fun!
