Hey guys! If you follow me on social media then you know that I’ve announced that I will be having some of my loose skin removed on October 5th, 2016. After losing 110 lbs, I feel so much better, and now this is just the next step for me. I did A LOT of research, and met with several surgeons before deciding. Ultimately, with the help of my plastic surgeon, I decided to have a lower body lift, tummy tuck, breast lift, liposuction, and fat grafting (from the liposuction) to my breast (instead of getting implants). I’m not against implants, it’s just that I still have quite a bit of breast tissue, and really don’t think it’s needed at this time.
My surgeon is Dr. Stephen Ronan from Blackhawk Plastic Surgery, in Danville, CA. (San Francisco Bay Area). Dr. Ronan has an impressive reputation, a fully accredited, state-of-the-art, on-site surgery center, and I just instantly felt comfortable and confident in his opinion. I can’t stress enough how important it is to make sure your surgeon is board certified in plastic surgery, has great reviews, and makes you feel comfortable. Having surgery is a major decision, and come surgery day you need to feel confident and safe with your surgeon. I recommend checking out Real Self for plastic surgery reviews!
I will be filming several videos to document my surgical journey/progress, and will share any helpful information with all of you! Even though this is difficult to share, I feel like it may help others facing the same issue, so here I am! You all have been the most incredible support system, and I can’t thank you enough!
I will be updating with before and after photos, but for now, here are some pre-surgical photos of my loose skin.

September 27, 2016 at 10:13 pmWow! That is so freaking awesome! I have been doing Keto for a little over 3 weeks. You have been a great inspiration! I hope I can have plastic surgery as well once I lose all of my weight. How much does all this cost?

October 9, 2016 at 10:46 amIf you don’t mind sharing the cost. I live close to Danville and would like to have a similar procedure after my huge weight loss of 120 pounds.

January 29, 2017 at 5:25 pmYou look amazing and should be so proud! Can I ask you did you pay for this with care credit? I have lost 200 pounds with clean eating and exercise but I’ve been quoted 25,000 to 40,000 by 7 different surgeons for the skin removal I need.

May 31, 2017 at 11:45 pmI personaly found that other credit options tend to have much lower interest rates, so I didn’t use care credit. Hope that helps!

September 6, 2017 at 4:47 amHi Suzanne,
You look amazing first off, and I admire your lifestyle! I’m doing the Keto diet for a little over month and so far, so good! I appreciate you sharing your cholesterol information, that helps explains quite a bit. So now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, ????… did you get loose skin from losing weight so fast from the Keto diet? Or did you have a previous procedure (gastric sleeve etc…) done and got into ketosis? I will def. not have the means for loose skin surgery! Thank you for your time.

November 5, 2017 at 10:57 amI’m SOOO INSPIRED by your story. I’m actually starting today on my journey. I have done “Atkins” before and lost weight but wasn’t able to keep up the lifestyle. I think the ” Keto” diet will be a much better fit for me because you have more variety. I can’t wait to be able to ride horses again and go to the pool and enjoy myself. Not to mention fitting into a roller coaster, which I ❤️ but can’t ride because I can’t fit safely…that’s what made me look up YouTube channels, and information. So here I am!! Can you PLEASE share pics post surgery?? It would be great to see. Thank you ???? For sharing your story for people like me that need guidance to see.
