    Hi Suzanne You look amazing! I just came across your blog for the first time today. I have researched the Keto diet 6 months ago and got overwhelmed. I started searching again and I am so overwhelmed. I am getting so depressed on this weight gain I need to lose and also get my family healthier. Other than the ones you mention on your hot to is there other links that are not so overwhelming to read.
