Just curious how the weight loss is going. We ended up cutting dairy to try and move these along. It’s a struggle to lose, for me, anyway. The hubs is already at his goal.

Suzanne you have inspired me so much. I’ve never really cooked for my family. Just very bland meals. Now I’ve made creamed spinach for my first time last week. It was awesome. Tonight I made fried cauliflower for my family and my 20yr old and 17yr old loved it and said to make it more often! You make it so easy to follow. Thank you! I’m off to a great start.
