Ketogenic Diet – My Story (Week 1-10 Update)

Hi! My name is Suzanne and after having amazing results on the Ketogenic diet, I decided to start this blog and a YouTube Channel. (To see more about my weight loss, see the video below.)

My hope is to give back and help motivate others as much as Reddit Keto members have helped motivate and inspire me! I still have 77 pounds to lose, so I will be filming weekly updates on Youtube. I have so many ideas and want to shine more light on the Keto community and lifestyle.     I know you hear this all the time, but you truly are an inspiration. I started keto 18 days ago and I have Lost just under 14 lbs. Watching your videos helps keep me motivated.
    I do have one question. What are some things you do when you hit a plateau?

      Thank you! I cut back on protein, nuts/nut butters, dairy and artificial sweeteners.

    Thank you for the video. I have been on the Keto diet 2 1/2 months. I am a 55 yr old male 6′ 210lbs. I lost 10 lbs in the first couple weeks not even in Ketosis. For over a month I have been in ketosis but have not lost any weight. I started using a rowing machine 30 to 40 minutes per day and still I do not loos weight. I saw your comment about cutting back on protein, nuts, dairy. I think this might be my problem I eat nuts at night Pecans are my favorite. I was using whipping cream in my coffee and eggs with cheese in the morning. I am kinda frustrated because I have been peeing on the strip and it is red and I’m not loosing. I want to be at 180 not far to go but what to do? Oh the other thing I eat breakfast and then dinner around 5 no lunch and I snake with nuts and dairy in the evening.
    Thank you for any suggestions.
