Week 75-76 Update

Just wanted to say hi, and let you all know that I’m alive and well! If you follow me on social media then you know that my videos are delayed due to a terrible stomach bug that spread through our house! Thankfully we are all starting to feel better, and I will be posting a YouTube video this weekend! Sorry for the delay, and as always, thank you for all of the love and support!

A quick update:

My 5k was fantastic, and besides the stomach bug, I’m feeling GREAT mentally and physically! My last weigh-in was 181.8, so that’s down a total of 107.2 lbs so far.

I have a goal to lose 6 more pounds before my skin removal surgery in December. I’m excited, and nervous for this next chapter in my life. I’ve been doing A LOT of research, and I feel like this is the right choice for me. Please know that not everyone chooses to get skin removal surgery, and that’s perfectly okay too.

Remember to always do what works for you! Often times we try so hard to do what someone else did, or what others think we should do, but the truth is that your lifestyle change will be unique to your schedule, likes/dislikes, ideology, and budget. Be yourself, be consistent and be kind to yourself, and others! We are all different, and that should be celebrated!

    Congrats! You have certainly worked hard for this success.

    I have lost 61 lbs in 42 weeks; son has lost 66 in 40 weeks. We are totally fans of Keto.

    Is there a way to eat too much fat on keto?

      I would say you could possibly eat too many calories, but most of my calories do come from fat.

    Hi Suzanne!
    I am so inspired by your changes! I have been keto for two months and have lost 20 lbs! I haven’t seen any changes in my body yet, but notice a difference in my face. Weight loss is so slow for me though and I am trying not to get discouraged!

    Your changes are so inspiring and I love your videos. Do you by chance have a menu plan to follow, i.e. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu? I am so keto dyslexic, right when I think I know what I’m doing I blow it!

      I don’t have a menu plan, I think its best to just learn what foods are keto and then meal plan with the things that you enjoy.

    With losing so much weight, do you have loose skin? I have to lose 100+ pounds and I’m concerned about loose skin.

      Yes! I promise loose skin is so much better than being overweight! I am not getting my loose skin removed, so check out my videos to see the process!

    As I come to the anniversary of my first year on Keto, I have lost a total of 71 pounds. So happy and from size 18 to 6 and 8.

    I’ve lost 155 pounds following a Ketogenic diet and my A1C is now 4.6. Started this journey being type 2 on many medications and I must say this way is life changing.
