Love your videos ????. I’m on day 7 and today is the first day I’m feeling a little shaky and I’m craving sugar. In the beginning did you eat keto treats/desserts or should I not try them? I want to beat sugar carb addiction. Thanks!

I remember feeling that way, and trust me it will pass. I use stevia and erythritol to make keto mug cakes, and treats. I think it’s okay since this is a lifestyle change and you don’t want to be miserable!
