have you found any good low carb tortillas. I could really use a tortilla in a number of recipes. The almond flour home-made stuff is just not working for me. Can’t eat it.

May 31, 2016 at 11:54 pmIf you want to be gluten free then your options are limited…you can try things like cloud bread. If you aren’t gluten free then Misson makes a carb balance wrap that is high in fiber.

I have downloaded your Simply Keto book to my kindle, and after years of yo -yo weight loss I feel this could be a realistic lifestyle for me as well. Thank you for seeing your journey thru so that you could give many of us the hope to not give up. My problem was appetite and sugar as well, but I can genuinely say after 3 days on the plan ( not diet), my hunger is suppressed more and sugar craving have dropped a lot!
I’m 46 and have always worked out, but NEVER had control of what I ate so thank you thank you thank you!
