November 16, 2015 at 12:15 pmHey Suzanne! Thanks so much for keeping us all motivated. How do I follow you on MFP? I’ve been doing very strict keto for about 3 months now and I’ve only lost 3 pounds. At 5’8″ and 307 pounds I expected the weight to start coming off a little quicker. However I’m sticking to it and definitely working on keeping a positive attitude.

Today is Day 15 for me and I’ve lost 11 pounds so far. I don’t know if that’s normal for keto or not, but I’m pressing on and tracking faithfully. Thank you for sharing your journey!
