I lost 102 lbs 7 years ago and am up 7 lbs after the holidays. I always revert to a keto diet to lose that extra few pounds quickly. Thanks for writing Simply Keto.
On another note, I go on Caribbean cruises 3 times a year, and while my girlfriends always gain weight, I lose. The trick? Eating keto. There are so many food choices already prepared for you. You just have to choose the right ones. I love it! While eating keto on the cruise, my hunger is satisfied and my craving for sweets and carbs is nonexistent.

I have lost 56 pounds, but over a recent vacation I took a week off of keto. I gained 4 pounds, but am back with the keto lifestyle. I planned this break on purpose. I wasn’t sure if living keto was healthy, but now that I have seen you I am better committed. The hardest part for me is eating out with friends. I try not to draw attention to how I eat because I can mixed reactions. I am amazed at how well you have done! You are an inspiration.

Yours is, by far, the most beautifully laid out recipe book with realistic recipes and ingredients for a busy family. My husband started doing keto about three weeks ago using your recipe book. He has read it from cover to cover twice to learn as much as he can about Keto. He has lost 20 pounds in three weeks! Now the whole family is doing keto. Do you know that movie Julia and Julia where the main character vows to prepare all 524 recipes in Julia Childs’ landmark cookbook, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking”? I did Keto for 3.5 months last year after watching some of your journey, but started having carbs again in April. I know this lifestyle works for me and I started on 1 January again. I stumbled upon you and your book while surfing amazon for a keto recipe book with great colored photos–i’m very visionAL and like to see to what something looks like before I make it. Your cover caught my eye. The first impression was, “What a pretty girl.” And I liked that’ll you looked casual and natural, yet beautiful. I saw that you had great reviews and comments on the great photos so I cost your book. I LOVE IT!! I love your story and your sweet genuine spirit. When I saw your video on why you took a you tube break I could relate to that too. I’m an author of inspirational romance, and things people say sometimes can be so hurtful. I even pulled one of my books after a mean review. Sometimes we do have to step back and not feel so exposed. But I want you to know, the ones who say hurtful things have nothing to do with you–they have issues and use others as targets. And it’s okay not to always be out there when we feel vulnerable. But you have done so much good for so many. Your book and message are a blessing to me and I’m so glad I found you. God bless you.

Did losing so much weight leave you with loose and sagging skin? I realize this is a personal question, but I think it’s important to know. And if so, will you have surgery? Is it ever possible to lose so much weight and not have that problem?
