Pumpkin Pie Bites

This non-bake pumpkin pie bites recipe has all of the flavors of a delicious pumpkin pie, and are made with 6 simple, keto-friendly and dairy-free ingredients.  Take one or two out of the freezer and allow them to thaw for about 5-10 minutes for the perfect consistency. These are sure to satisfy your pumpkin-spiced sweet tooth. Enjoy!

Pumpkin Pie Bites

Non-Bake 6-ingredient fat bombs with all the flavors reminencent of pumpkin pie!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp brown Swerve
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp granulated Swerve optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated. Place bowl in the freezer for about 20 minutes so batter is firm but not frozen.
  • Prepare a small baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Scoop 1 tbsp of batter and roll in between your hands to form a ball. If desired, roll ball in granulated swerve and place onto prepared baking sheet. Place baking sheet back into the freezer until pumpkin pie bites are no longer soft.
  • Store any leftovers in and airtight container the freezer. Allow to them to thaw for a few minuites before eating.

      The net carbs factor out the fiber and erythritol.

    these pumpkin bites look GREAT!! question: i thought net carbs were carbs minus fiber. how do you get 2 net carbs with this equation — it looks like it should be 4 net carbs each? thanks for clarifying!! LOVE your site and i’m 36 pounds down!! :o)

      Hey there. The other 2 net carbs are from the erythritol, therefore these are 2g net carbs per serving.

    Is there a step missing in the directions? What do you do after putting them on the baking sheet but before freezing the leftovers? Thanks! Can’t wait to make these!
