    I’m relieved to see a new video from you. You continue to be an inspiration and I can see that you know yourself well enough to realize when it’s time to switch things up. The worst thing would be to continue with a format you’re burned out on. I’m excited to see what you have in store for us next. 🙂 I personally enjoy seeing your progress updates and also your food photos. It is a very strong, quick reminder of how great the keto lifestyle really is. When I’m running out of steam, a photo of some really delicious looking, healthy keto food gets me back in the right mindset every time. Thanks for sharing all of this.

    You are so positive and inspirational. I would love one on one coaching or some kind of support group! I feel that I know what I need to know. But, it’s hard to get started and stay on track. If that’s something you see in your future I’d sign up ASAP!

    I have been at a stall for 30 days now. I would like to know any tricks you have to overcome this. What am I doing wrong?

      Try to limit nuts and nut butters, artificial sweetners, and dairy. Also counting total carbs for a bit can help.

    Thank you for your most recent post. I started Keto in May 2015 & have never looked back. I lost approx 70 lbs, maybe slightly more, & I have been at the same weight since December or January now – initially I thought that I would lose another 20-30 lbs, but my body seems to like this size/weight. I am no longer “trying” to lose weight. I absolutely know what you mean in your post. This is a way of life & I love it. I feel completely at home with Keto & will be eating this way for the rest of my life. I don’t even really think about it anymore, just love making & enjoying more great foods. I KNOW that the sugar/carbs in my previous diet is what kept me eating as I did and I KNOW that eating low carb is what has freed me. I LOVE that you recorded your whole journey & wish I found you sooner as it seems we were close in timelines. YOU GO GIRL!

    I’ve been watching your videos for a while and they have been tremendously inspiring. There are plenty of us out here who follow you and have been helped by your website and videos. THANK YOU for your commitment to helping those of us just starting on this Keto journey! I am looking forward to your new videos and updates! I just started Keto 5 weeks ago and lost 10 lbs. I have NEVER been able to see the scale move down like this so fast and with such little effort. It would be fun to see what you eat, how you handle “on the road” eating and any recipes you love, even if they are not your own creations. Thanks again for your time and effort in these updates and videos! You have really been a big help and inspiration!

    Hi Suzanne, I’ve just spent some time on your youtube channel getting up to date with your story. Wow, girl!! Amazing! So glad I found you. I want to tell you that looking at your videos along the way, I believe you look younger now than when you started. Don’t get me wrong, you were gorgeous then and now, but if keto can do that for me, then I’m in!! Thanks for your dedication to sharing your story. I’m not sure most people understand the work that goes into sharing the way you have, so I wanted to thank you for that because it has truly inspired me.

    Hi Suzanne,
    I’m in my early 30’s and have about 50lbs to loose. I’ve used ketosis about 7 years ago (Suzanne Somers style) to loose weight and loved it but this time around I’m nervous because I want to get pregnant ASAP and am afraid of what ketosis might do to hormones, fertility, etc. ANY research or advice you can give us who are in this same situation would be wonderful…

      Thank you! I have seen a lot of women use keto to help with fertility. It’s best for you to talk to others and do your own research! I’m not a doctor so I can’t really recommend anything when it comes to hormones, etc. I recommend checking out reddit keto!
