I’ve been following you for about a week now =D and I wanted to say I agree 100% about food being more important than working out. My main workout is walking and I also do light weights, squats, and plank every morning. I am walking about 7 or 8 miles everyday, most of it is at work, but depending on the day can walk another 4 to 5 miles at home. I have noticed on the weeks that I walk less my weight loss is greater. It’s so weird because you would think moving more would cause you to burn more calories which in turn should show up on the scale. But the weeks where I walk an insane amount of miles my weight loss stalls completely or I gain a pound or two. I am at a loss. I am in no way giving up this lifestyle, I just wish I could figure out that “Magic Number” of miles that continues my weight loss. Thanks for being an inspiration and congratulations on all you have accomplished! Ill be watching your progress as I play catch up with your videos!
Thank you! I’d say to just focus on how you’re feeling instead of the scale. I know we all want to see that number go down, but if you feel better walking more, I promise it won’t hurt you. Remember that muscle weights more than fat, and also you could be retaining some fluids after working out. Do what feels right to you!
