    Hi- my name is MaryAnn and I have just finished reading your book, Simply Keto. Your openness and honesty about your journey in losing weight and developing a healthier eating lifestyle is admirable and encouraging. I have always been overweight (since early childhood) and had been talking with my sister this past week about giving up on ever losing weight. That no matter what diet I tried or how much I exercised the scale would go down a pound or two and then up again. I was so tired and just didn’t care any more. That’s when she gave me your book and said a few of her friends from work were talking about it. Well, I am shopping Saturday, planning my meals on Sunday and starting the Ketogenic lifestyle on Monday April 16. Thank you for your inspiration as I begin my own journey.

    I have just started and it has been almost 3 weeks and the first week I lost 4 lbs and felt like I lost a few inches. Plus I am starting to feel better

    Hi I’ve been on this for a week now and am down 6.6lbs!! I’ve shared this book with everyone that will listen and have bought two for gifts!! I love the recipes but I’m blown away how much I can eat (if I choose to) but how full I few yet not bloated and tired especially after a meal!! I’ve thrown out (and donated food from my cabinets that are bad for me) I thought I’d die before giving up sweet tea but don’t even miss it. My husband is completely amazed at how good everything taste!! We are living Keto Last de and loving it!!
    FYI : I’m married, 54 , a Mimi to 1 beautiful g’baby, have a full time job I love and my goals are finally reachable ! I have a wonderful supportive husband and two beautiful daughters! My aim is to get back into a cute swimsuit (???????????? thinking ????????) wining next month are so!! I’m 5’7 190.1 lbs now. (After 1st week) next goal is 180…. small goals , baby steps #onemealatatimetganksketokarma!!!!

    Suzanne, my husband and I have just begun the Keto journey together- with your book- and we are LOVING it!! The recipes are wonderful, and the book has so many great tips. Really, excellent job- I think this book of yours is going to help a LOT of people. 🙂

    I’m 55, about 50 lbs overweight. Looking to improve my health (prediabetic, high cholesterol) and enjoy weigh loss as a byproduct. I LOVE YOUR BOOK!! It is so well written, gives all the detail you need and your honesty and transparency make the reader feel like your friend. I’ve been living the keto woe for a week and a half. Still adjusting, but so excited that I found this. I almost feel guilty eating cheese, bacon, etc, and love that I’m not hungry. Thank you so much for writing this book and starting the Keto Karma blog.

    I have just started today. I have had my book for probably a month. I have been reading and trying a lot of the recipes but I wasn’t counting my carbs or anything else. I lost 6 lbs the first week but it has been up and down because I would eat something I shouldn’t. I have decided i am serious about this. I love the book.
