Congratulations on an incredible achievement with your weight loss with the keto lifestyle. My wife and I started the program 2 weeks ago and we have already seen progress. We continue to run into obstacles finding easy recipes and coordinating our daily macros but it has been worth it. I assume that it will get easier as we progress. I found your website while searching for a recipe but have since followed your progress through your video blogs. Keep up the great work with your personal goals and with this wonderful website. February 4, 2016 at 3:00 pmI have been doing this since 1/4 have not noticed a difference in the scale or inches. I started using MFP and logging in everything. I am usually under, so not sure why I am not losing anything?
I am 48 and not sur if that is an issue. No menapuase yet either.
