Recently, I had to honor of heading down to Beverly Hills to film an episode of Health Theory hosted by Tom Bilyeu. Tom and the team at Impact Theory are incredibly thoughtful, driven, and on a mission to ignite human potential.
Tom’s message has inspired a lot of change in my life and mindset. He continues to make quite an impact on the world with his videos, podcast, blog and more. One of my favorite recommendations on the Impact Theory website is Tom’s reading list, filled with so many life changing books!
In this episode, we chatted about everything from keto, to struggles, to redefining failure and how important it is to have the right mindset! Be sure to check out Impact Theory for inspiration and thought-provoking topics. You can check out our chat on Health Theory in the video below!

April 28, 2018 at 4:44 pmHey Suzanne! I just started my low carb lifestyle and purchased your book. Not only does it explain the ketogenic diet well, it is full of great recipes. I do have one question. When I am entering one of your recipes on My Fitness Pal, should I input total carbs or net carbs. For doing a “quick add” they ask for total carbs, but then I would have to subtract mentally for the net carbs. (and who wants to do that?!) Thank you for the great book which currently is full of sticky notes on all the recipes I can’t wait to try!

August 16, 2018 at 8:02 pmMy husband and I just started the Keto Diet. We are in our 60’s and are overweight. I bought your book and read it almost everyday. And have tried several of the recipes. Which are really good. I feel this diet is something I really want to work at. I’m retired so I have the time to prepare our meals. We really miss bread. So have been trying to find recipes to make as a replacement. Any suggestions? Thank you for your support. I will be checking your blog out as I feel you are an inspiration for our journey.

August 23, 2018 at 2:31 pmSuzanne, While reading your book I could not stop crying, I don’t feel so alone. I too, have tried diet after diet
and failed to sick with it. Having skinny friends who I would shop with, they would shop together and I would
go to the plus size area. My sisters shared clothes growing up I couldn’t I was too BIG! I’m one big fat failure even
my husband says oh another diet. I’ve tried so many he doesn’t have faith that I can do it.
But TODAY that’s going to change!!!! Thank you for your book.!!! and Thank you for sharing other stories of others
that have struggled and have SUCCEEDED!!!! Today is a new day !

October 3, 2018 at 4:19 pmOnce again, a naked truth to revealing the ME within! Keto is working for me. And now with not be so mentally tired with thinking of what food I CAN eat next or WHEN I can eat next.., I have mental time to finally sit down and read a book, one not about FOOD! Lol
Feeling whole; not hungry. ????
Thank you, again, Suzanne.
Keep up the great work!

November 11, 2018 at 6:01 pmThank you Suzanne!! I found your YouTube channel earlier in the year and hubby & I started eating Keto May 7th. He’s lost a little over 70 lbs. and I’ve lost a little over 60 lbs. (he’s about done losing, I still have a ways to go) It’s THE easiest we’ve ever lost weight. It is definitely our new life-long new way of eating.
You are an inspiration. Your book is both enlightening and practical…not to mention the recipes are wonderful!
Thanks again!!!
