Keto Peanut Butter Mousse

In honor of National Peanut Butter Day, I’m excited to share this Keto Peanut Butter Mousse. If you’ve heard the term peanut butter is the glue holding my life together, you’re going to love this recipe! One thing I really like about this recipe is that it’s ready in only 15 minutes, with minimal ingredients, most of which you likely have on hand. Once you have the ingredients it is a breeze to whip up and have everyone going peanut butter crazy!

This keto peanut butter recipe also stores well so feel free to store leftovers in a covered container for up to 5 days in the fridge!

What peanut butter so you recommend? And can I substitute the swerve for mono fruit?

Hi Elena, I like to use Adam’s and the Kirkland brand natural peanut butter. Any brand that only has peanuts and salt in it will work. If you prefer monk fruit sweetener, you can use that instead. Enjoy!

Half-and-half, also known as half cream in the United Kingdom, is a simple blend of equal parts whole milk and cream.

This sounds delicious! Would it still work if I used unsweetened cashew milk instead of half and half?

I haven’t tested that before! It may not come out as whipped due to not having the cream.
