Coffee is something of a morning ritual for me. It is how I start my day everyday, so I take my coffee pretty serious. Most days, I usually just use heavy cream and some sweetener. But other times I like to have a little treat. When I want to spice things up, I prepare this keto coffee.
It only takes a few simple steps to turn an ordinary cup of keto coffee into something festive and flavorful. I find that a smooth, medium blend coffee works the best for this sweet and creamy treat.
Ready in about 10 minutes, you can cozy up for a great morning and day! While your favorite coffee is brewing, stir and heat the remaining ingredients over medium-high heat in a small pot until hot, but not boiling.
Pour milk mixture into a 16 oz mug. If you have a milk frother, you can use it here to froth the milk. It just makes the coffee light and airy, and is another way to make this coffee a bigger treat. Pour brewed coffee over the top of the milk and gently stir together.
This warm and cozy cup of joe that tastes just like an oatmeal cookie. It’s the perfect way to treat yourself. Enjoy!
