Hi! Love this recipe! I bought your cookbook! Can’t wait to make things from there! Question – this recipe is in your cookbook, but it says 24g for net carbs! Which ones is correct?

Hi Millie, the total carbs for the hot chocolate is 24g, which includes sugar alcohols. The net carbs are only 3g 🙂

If you whisk it, it ends up with a nice froth on top kind of like whipped cream. I added about 1.5T of cocoa to make it a little more chocolatey.

Thank you for this recipe. We tried it today and it is a great basic Keto hot chocolate recipe. You can drink it as is or add some extras like sugar free coffee creamer to jazz it up.

Delicious! I just microwaved the ingredients (-cocoa) for a minute, added cocoa and stirred. Next time I’ll add a bit more cocoa but this sure hit the spot!
    Thank you!
