This recipe for shredded beef lettuce wraps couldn’t be more simple to make! The beef cooks in the crockpot, so you really just throw it in and forget about it until dinner time. The beef is tender and flavorful, and the veggies are fresh and crisp. It’s a go-to dinner that everybody will love!
Shredded Beef Lettuce Wraps
In a slow cooker combine Brown Swerve, liquid aminos, chili paste, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir together until combined.
Now add in the beef. If time permits, I recommend browning the beef before adding it to the crockpot. Browning the meat adds a rich flavor to the dish. It’s not necessary, but it will definitely add great flavor. Whichever you choose, once you add the beef, make sure to toss to thoroughly coat the meat. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Once the beef is done cooking, use two forks to shred the beef. Toss the shredded meat to combine it with the cooking liquid.
To serve, use a slotted spoon to scoop about ¼ cup of the meat into a butter lettuce leaf. Top each lettuce wrap with cucumbers, radishes, and Everything Bagel Seasoning. You can get creative and add any of your favorite keto-friendly veggies!
